Narva Gate is a real estate platform dedicated to the Estonian market in Narva and surrounding areas. We have developed a modern, multilingual website that presents properties with clarity, supports lead generation, and highlights the strategic potential of the region for foreign investors.
About the project
Problem
The client needed a professional digital platform to present properties in Narva to international buyers, particularly targeting investors from the EU. The local market lacked visually appealing and trustworthy real estate websites in English or other foreign languages — which limited visibility and credibility abroad.
Solution
The Hetman team developed a high-converting, multilingual website for Narva Gate in Estonian, English, and Russian. We employed a comprehensive WordPress and e-commerce solution to dynamically manage real estate listings. We developed a professional, mobile-responsive UI/UX design based on UX Research. FOR THE Narva Gare PROJECT, WE IMPLEMENTED A MOBILE FIRST ADAPTIVE DESIGN APPROACH, ENSURING THE WEBSITE IS FULLY OPTIMIZED FOR MOBILE DEVICES. THIS STRATEGY PRIORITIZED THE MOBILE USER EXPERIENCE BY DESIGNING FOR SMALLER SCREENS FIRST AND THEN PROGRESSIVELY ENHANCING THE SITE FOR LARGER SCREENS, RESULTING IN A SEAMLESS AND EFFICIENT BROWSING EXPERIENCE ACROSS ALL DEVICES.
