About the project

Problem

The client needed to replace manual or fragmented data gathering with a secure, centralized system directly on their website. The core challenge was to build a front-end patient management tool that could handle sensitive medical questionnaires via a seamless, multi-step process. Additionally, the system required strict role-based access control, clear administrative analytics, and an overhaul of the existing website's performance and UX issues.

Solution

We custom-engineered a secure patient management ecosystem embedded into the WordPress architecture. By prioritizing data security and user flow, we created a tailored front-end solution that eliminates administrative friction. Standard users can effortlessly log and track multi-step patient data, while administrators gain high-level statistical overviews to monitor trends. Simultaneously, we resolved critical underlying performance and technical debts on the main site, delivering a fast, secure, and fully cohesive digital asset for the clinic.
