In today’s fast-paced digital environment, traditional financial interfaces often suffer from outdated logic, complex verification processes, and frustrating delays. The primary challenge was that existing banking applications lacked the agility and simplicity required for instant peer-to-peer (P2P) transactions. To address this, Hetman needed to conduct intensive UX Research to identify user pain points in mobile finance.
